Innovace is a young company composed of a small team who loves to learn. We all aim to specialise in one or two things but know quite well about a breadth of skills (aka T-shaped skills).

How we work

• We believe that the best teams are formed with a mix of remote and in-person work. A pure remote team lacks rapport and the day-to-day interactions become mechanical. A pure office team prevents the team to manage their own schedule and work-life balance.
• We are currently only hiring from Vadodara.
• We work in a well-balanced, hybrid way.
• We work together for 2 days a week from 📍Curators Coffee, Sarabhai. Each day we spend about 3 hours together (around 3 pm to 6 pm).
• This way of working helps us collaborate on things that are efficiently done together, build a rapport, and foster a sense of community within the team. The rest of the week, we work remotely, allowing us the flexibility to manage our own schedules and work-life balance.
